EVENT RECAP: FCA Coaches Marriage Retreat

Oh, how we value your prayer support! We felt empowered and strengthened throughout the recent FCA Coaches Marriage Retreat. We received so many encouragements and reminders of your prayer support prior to the retreat and throughout the weekend. 

The retreat went really well!  We enjoyed lots of great conversations and meeting so many new couples from across the state of Colorado. I’ve attached a photo from the location of the event...spectacular.

The Lord so graciously allowed us to communicate the content we had prepared. It was actually a blast to see how the Lord led us to make “game time adjustments” with the rhythm and order of the content. In glimpses the Lord allowed us to see our marriage as a “team” as we stood side-by-side and exercised our strengths to compliment one another as we shared.

“A man’s mind plans his way [as he journeys through life], But the Lord directs his steps and establishes them.” Proverbs 16:9

We planned…but it’s the Lord’s purpose that prevailed. 

 It was a lot for us emotionally, but we are so grateful for the opportunity to encourage these individuals and their marriage relationship.  

We were moving in confidence knowing that while we were in action faithful friends were praying!! 

Please KNOW your value. As you each lift us up to the Lord, we are positioned and strengthened to carry out this ministry.
