Please fill out and submit the respite retreat application shown below. We ask that each spouse fill out their own form, so we can begin to get to know both of you and your journey. There are two ways that you can submit the non-refundable registration fee of $350. You can submit it through our payment portal or you may send a check made out to Living Hope Mountain Respite, Inc. to the following address:

We also ask for a picture of the two of you together as well as a photo of your child. You may e-mail these photos to info@livinghopemountain respite.com. Your spot at the retreat is secured once the application, deposit and photos have been received by us. You'll receive a confirmation via e-mail which will include additional details about lodging available in the Estes area.
